1. Services Provided

WorkSNH provides professional construction services including but not limited to:

• Residential construction and renovation
• Commercial construction projects
• Building renovations and remodeling
• Construction consulting and project management

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by WorkSNH are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Subject to site inspection and confirmation of project scope
• Based on information provided by the client at the time of quotation
• Not binding until a formal contract is signed by both parties

Final pricing may vary if the actual project scope differs from the initial estimate.

3. Project Agreement and Payment Terms

Upon acceptance of a quote, a formal contract will be prepared that includes:

• Detailed scope of work
• Project timeline and milestones
• Payment schedule and terms
• Materials and specifications
• Terms for changes or additions to the project

Typical payment structure includes a deposit upon contract signing, progress payments at agreed milestones, and final payment upon project completion and client approval.

4. Project Timeline

While we make every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline, certain factors may cause delays including but not limited to weather conditions, material availability, permit processing times, and unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any potential delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

5. Changes to Project Scope

Any changes to the agreed project scope must be:

• Requested in writing
• Approved by both parties before implementation
• Documented with revised pricing and timeline

Additional work beyond the original scope may result in additional charges and may affect the project timeline.

6. Permits and Regulations

WorkSNH will obtain necessary building permits for the project as specified in the contract. However, the client is responsible for ensuring that the project complies with local zoning regulations and homeowner association rules where applicable. Additional costs for permits and inspections will be specified in the project agreement.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

WorkSNH provides:

• Workmanship warranty as specified in the project contract
• Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment
• Compliance with Dutch building codes and standards

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or modifications made by parties other than WorkSNH.

8. Liability and Insurance

WorkSNH maintains appropriate insurance coverage including liability insurance and workers' compensation. Our liability is limited to the scope of work outlined in the project contract. We are not responsible for damage to existing structures or utilities not related to our work scope.

9. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the contract under specific conditions:

• Client may cancel before work begins, subject to payment of cancellation fees as outlined in the contract
• Once work has commenced, termination requires written notice and payment for work completed plus reasonable compensation for materials ordered
• WorkSNH may terminate if client fails to make payments according to the agreed schedule

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Dutch law, in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and proprietary methods used by WorkSNH remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these materials for their specific project but may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.

12. Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not transmit harmful code or malware

13. Changes to Terms

WorkSNH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For active projects, the Terms in effect at the time of contract signing will govern.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.
